Dr. Kyle M. Harris is an Assistant Professor of Education at Ohio Northern University, starting in August 2025. His research concentration is in educational policy, with an interest in policies that affect LGBTQ+ students, implications for democratic education, and educational ethics. He maintains his 5-year Professional Early Childhood (P-3) and 5-year Professional Principal (PK-6) licenses.
While at The Ohio State University, Dr. Harris was active in the Educational Philosophy, History, and Policy Graduate Student Group (EPHP). As an officer in this group, Dr. Harris was involved in creating and facilitating professional development and social programing for graduate students. Additionally, Dr. Harris served as a Student Teacher Supervisor for Franklin University.
